We are in-network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Healthcare
     

If you have out-of-network insurance coverage, we can provide you with a "superbill" or itemized invoice for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. We suggest contacting your insurance company to better understand your out-of-network benefits.
 

We use the below CPT codes for our nutrition counseling services:
            > 97802 - initial nutrition counseling session
            > 97803 - follow up nutrition counseling session

Nutrition Counseling

We are happy to accept self-paying clients (without using health insurance) for telehealth nutrition counseling.
 

   • Starter Package: $500
     1 Initial Session & 2 Follow Up Sessions
 

   • Follow Up Package: $450
     3 Follow Up Sessions

Please note that payment is due upon receiving services.

This package is $350 and includes three (3) sessions, held virtually:
   

   • One (1) Initial Consultation (60 mins)

   • Two (2) Follow Up Sessions (45 mins)

Note: This package is not reimbursable by health insurance.
