We've Lived It.
We Understand It.
We're Here to Help.
We are a Partner in your food allergy journey
At Allergy Nutritionist, we believe food allergies should never stand in the way of living a full, confident, and nourished life.
Founded by Registered Dietitian Ilana Dubrovsky, the practice was built on both professional expertise and personal experience. As someone living with food allergies and raising two children with multiple food allergies, Ilana understands the fear, uncertainty, and daily challenges that often follow a diagnosis.
What began as a passion for helping others navigate these challenges has grown into an international telehealth practice supporting children, adults, and families with food allergies, intolerances, restrictive diets, and food-related anxiety.
We help clients meet their nutritional needs while addressing the practical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges of living with food allergies, so they can move forward with confidence.

Ilana's inspiration
Ilana’s food allergy journey began in college with an almond allergy diagnosis. Today, she is a mother of two children with multiple food allergies.
Her son’s allergies (sesame, sunflower seeds, cashews, and pistachios) and her daughter’s allergies (egg, dairy, sesame, and several tree nuts) have shaped the family’s daily life, navigating everything from anaphylaxis to emotionally challenging social experiences.
But today, food allergies no longer define their lives, in part due to her daughter starting Xolair in 2023, which has provided an added layer of protection against accidental exposure and improved food tolerance. (Learn about her Xolair journey here.)
No two stories are alike, but you are not alone.
At The Allergy Nutritionist, we deeply understand the stress and anxiety that come with a food allergy diagnosis. We’re dedicated to helping you find safety, confidence, and peace of mind through personalized nutrition guidance and support.

Let's take control of food allergies, together.
