Personalized
Nutrition Guidance
Food allergies and sensitivities shouldn't stand in the way of good nutrition. We help you meet your nutrient needs, build balanced meals, and feel confident making food choices that support health, growth, and well-being.

Nutrition Counseling for
Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Dietary restrictions and food allergies require careful attention to what foods are safe to eat—but nutrition is so much more than just avoiding allergens. At Allergy Nutritionist, we help individuals and families build a nourishing, balanced approach to eating that supports growth, health, energy, and overall well-being.
Whether you're navigating multiple food allergies, struggling to meet nutrient needs, or feeling overwhelmed by food restrictions, our personalized nutrition guidance helps you feel confident in your food choices while developing a positive relationship with food. As specialized food allergy dietitians, we focus on helping you meet your nutrition needs without unnecessary restriction, fear, or confusion.
Nourishing Your Body with Confidence
Eliminating foods due to allergies can sometimes make it difficult to consume enough calories, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Many individuals worry about whether they're "getting enough" nutrition, while others find themselves stuck in rigid eating patterns that make meals feel stressful rather than enjoyable.
Our approach combines evidence-based nutrition recommendations with practical strategies that fit into your everyday life. We help you understand what your body needs and how to meet those needs safely, while fostering a positive and sustainable relationship with food.
Our services are especially helpful for:
-
Children with food allergies who need support for growth and development
-
Adults managing multiple food allergies or dietary restrictions
-
Individuals concerned about nutrient deficiencies
-
Families looking to create balanced meals despite food limitations
-
Those experiencing food fear, anxiety, or restrictive eating patterns
What Does Nutrition Counseling Look Like?
Nutrition Assessment & Nutrient Evaluation
This first appointment (also called an "intake") includes a comprehensive review of your dietary intake, growth patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and nutrient needs to identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement.
During this appointment we review all pillars of health and wellness including nutrition, movement and activity levels, sleep quality, stress and anxiety, as well as daily routines. Together, we'll develop personalized goals and a plan that guides our work moving forward.
Our goal is not only to help you meet your nutrition needs, but also to help you feel more comfortable and confident around food. We work with you to build trust in your body, reduce unnecessary food rules, and create eating patterns that are balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Follow Up Appointments: Support for Long-Term Health
These sessions provide ongoing support as you put your nutrition goals into practice. Together, we'll review progress, celebrate successes, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments based on your evolving needs.
We'll continue building skills and confidence around food while addressing any new concerns that arise. Topics may include meal planning, nutrient intake, food allergy management, growth and development, eating behaviors, lifestyle habits, or other topics that support your overall health and well-being.
Our goal is to provide practical guidance, accountability, and encouragement as you create sustainable habits that fit your life. Over time, we'll help you strengthen your relationship with food, navigate challenges with confidence, and make choices that support both your physical and emotional well-being.
